El Sueño de la Hija del Rey

Savina Yannatou is a Greek singer who works with the ensemble Primavera en Salonico, named for the Sephardic community of Thessaloniki. Their repertoire moves across the whole Mediterranean rather than treating each tradition as a separate exhibit.

Yannatou also works in free improvisation, and it shows: these are not museum performances.
